For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the ph364 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. ph364 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.
2.5 KYC Verification. ph364 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph364 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph364 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph364 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ph364 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. ph364 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that shows signs of unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ph364 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph364 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local banking channels. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. ph364 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. ph364 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. ph364 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing KYC review.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ph364 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the ph364 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph364 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ph364 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. ph364 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any Account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities as required by law.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. ph364 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses issued by ph364 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. ph364 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph364 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. ph364 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 RNG Certification. All ph364 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by ph364's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, ph364 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players involved. ph364 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Disputed Results. If a Player disputes the outcome of a game, they must raise the dispute with ph364 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. ph364 will investigate the dispute and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. ph364's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding.
6.5 Sports Betting Rules. For sports betting markets covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, specific betting rules apply to each market. ph364 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use ph364's name, logo, trademarks, or any other brand elements for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from ph364. Unauthorized use of ph364's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. ph364 strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph364's control. ph364 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph364's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. ph364 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ph364 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ph364, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.
11.1 Privacy Policy. ph364's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph364 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. ph364 may be required to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with ph364's legal obligations and the Privacy Policy.
12.1 Amendments. ph364 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Account Termination by Player. You may close your ph364 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deducting applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
12.3 Account Termination by ph364. ph364 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if ph364 determines that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
12.4 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph364 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
